Shipping Information
We send all of our packages with DHL / Deutsche Post.
Shipping is insured and direct from our warehouse in Germany.
Delivery Time
The delivery time within Germanyis usually 1-3 working days. Under certain circumstances, this could be extended by approx. 2 working days.
The delivery time to all other EU countries is usually 2-8 working days.
For non-EU countries (except Switzerland), it can take up to 12 working days.

The shipping costs are always displayed in detail during the payment process. So you always know what shipping costs will be incurred before you complete your order.

Shipping is free for purchases of € 299 or more.

If you gave the wrong address when ordering or if you did not accept the package on delivery (also applies to not picking it up from the parcel shop), you may have to pay for additional shipping costs.
Shipment Tracking
With the shipping confirmation you will receive a link to track your parcel. As a registered customer, you can also find the shipment status of an order under MyHWG > Orders. There you can see the status of individual orders at any time.
